Karnavedha or Ear Piercing is an important ceremony. It should be done in 6th, 7th, 8th month after birth or odd age number in some auspicious time. For Nasika vedha or Nose Piercing, same muhurat can be followed.

- If "Consider Actual Tithi Start and End Time" is selected then it will consider tithi based on exact tithi start and end date otherwise it will assume tithi start time from today's sun rise and end time till next day's sun rise.
- If "Consider Vaar start from sunrise and end at sunset" is checked then it will consider the Vaar (like Monday, Tuesday,..etc) from today's sunrise to next sunrise otherwise it will consider it from 12:00 AM in the night till 11:59 PM today.
